Dear Craig,
I just wanted you to know how great your employee, Rafer, is. He goes above and beyond what he needs to do. My oven handle fell off and he had it fixed quickly. I so appreciate his thoughtfulness and the quality of his work.
I also appreciate the time you took to find out about recycling my old toilet. I will definitely recommend your company to friends and family. Thank you both for a job well-done!!
Sincerely,
Cathy Bird
P.S. God Bless
P.S.S. My toilet is great!
